Moments that matter – March 2018 I’ve been incredibly slack with taking personal photos lately. It feels like as the kids get older, life gets busier. Thats definitely how its feeling for me lately. I’m actually really annoyed at myself, I thought life would never get in the way of me documenting my boys childhood, and it has. Lifestyle Family Photography at the Beach When the lovely Priscilla, from Priscilla Cork Photography asked me to do their Family Photography Session, I was delighted. Firstly, she is a very talented photographer and secondly, she is an absolute sweetheart and so is her beautiful family. Moments that Matter – September 2017 It’s been a month of illness for our family, so life was a little quieter in our home and my camera didn’t come out for personal work as often as it usually would. Moments That Matter – July 17

For the month of July, I decided to take a photo a day, to push my creativity and to take more personal photos. The last time I did this was almost two years ago. I found it so rewarding then and this time, it’s proved not to disappoint. I find committing to something like this can push you out of your comfort zone, rather than only shooting in good light, or only when you feel inspired to try new things. What a month it’s been. We finally welcomed the sunshine back after a very wet March. The boys have just returned to school after two and half weeks of school holidays, and gosh did we jam pack those weeks, full to the brim. We’re still discovering our new neighbourhood, so I took the boys to a new beach (at sunset of course) for a “play” 😉 The boys went through a short phase of acting like teenagers with headphones in and their dad’s old sunglasses on.
